Bio
Molly Brooks, BFA, LMT, is the Massage Program Coordinator within Child Life at the Kravis Children's Hospital at Mount Sinai . She piloted and continues to develop this new program, which provides therapeutic massage to parents or primary caregivers of the pediatric in-patient population.
Molly has also been a Volunteer LMT with The Hertzberg Palliative Care Institute, Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Adult Development since 2005. She has been extensively trained to work with seriously ill adult patients and their families in the hospital setting. She has also participated in 2 annual educational conferences, as teacher and mentor, for massage therapists wishing to do this type of work.
Mrs. Brooks is an on-call Spa Therapist for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel NYC in addition to maintaining a private practice that includes working with homebound seniors. She is trained in many massage modalities.
